Material Compatibility & Operational Safety l Metal Grinding: SS304 stainless steel jars are suitable for various metal materials.

l Oxide Grinding: For oxide materials, please select Alumina, Nylon, or Zirconia media. Note: Do not use stainless steel balls inside Alumina jars.

l Symmetry Requirement: When operating, the planetary mill must be balanced. Users must use either 4 jars or 2 jars placed symmetrically with equal weight.

l Counterweight: If grinding with a single jar, a counterweight jar of the same weight must be placed in the opposite position to prevent damage caused by eccentric forces.

l Temperature Control (Optional): For heat-sensitive materials (where ductility increases with heat), a portable air-cooling controller is available to maintain jar temperature below 30°C.

l Filtration (Optional): We recommend the SYU-3 Ultrasonic Filtration System (Product from Hefei Kejing) for filtering the processed product.
